The 7th edition of the Qatar Motor Show is all set to take car enthusiasts for an experiential drive to innovation. Organizers, Qatar Tourism Authority and Fira Qatar, announced that 110 automotive vehicles will take the stage at the Doha Exhibition and Conference Center where 8 cars will be debuting for the first time in the region in addition to 14 local car launches.
Exhibitors including Dodge, Ford, Maxus, RAM, Jeep, Lincoln, Hyundai, Nissan, Toyota, Lexus, Chevrolet, Genesis, Jaguar Land Rover, Maserati, Mini, BMW, Mercedes- Benz, Mitsubishi, BAIC and Harley Davidson will be offering visitors the chance to interact with their favorite brands and to discover their latest models. The long-awaited interactive fan zones are putting the final touches on what promises to be highly unforgettable performances that will wow the audiences. Skateboarding, BMX Best Runs and Longboard Sprint Race competitions will be running from April 19th until the end of the event. Visitors are invited to register online in advance for these activities to eliminate waiting time. Additionally, the park will host fun games such as parkour, MTB and Aggressive Inline Skate.
On the side-lines of the exhibition and partnership with the Mawater Center, the strategic partner of Qatar Motor Show’s organizing committee, daily rallies will be organized for sports and classic cars starting from 3:00 pm where the assembly point will be the Sheraton Doha Hotel, passing through the Corniche to reach the end point by 4:30 pm for the Doha Exhibition and Conference Center. Commenting on the Center's participation, Mr. Salem Al Muhannadi, Director of the Mawater Center, welcomed the Center’s fruitful participation which aims to benefit the youth. He also added that the center aims to involve young people in the exhibition and inform them of the latest developments of the car companies in the world.
Five Social media competitions will be running throughout the show, giving visitors the chance to win valuable prizes including gadgets, branded merchandising and weekend test drives.
